Privacy policy, about us and contact us

Hi this is a really simple question..

I know that a privacy policy must be on your site if you have adsense on there, but do you also need "about us" and "contact us" page to be compliant with Adsense TOS

if so can you please give me a link to where this says so

    hi clickbump--- its not just about saving time, i just don't want an "about us" and "contact us" page as long as it is ok by google adsense TOS

    @ kkchoon --- you did not understand my question, it is about being compliant with adsense TOS and not with seo rankings

    the reason i ask is that i see a lot of site have the "about us" and "contact us" pages which are adsense orientated, but then a lot do not have these pages
