How to overcome ranking issues for international domains

Hi all, does somebody have an idea how to overcome ranking issues of international domains with the same language? Besides optimizing the content, are there any technical changes that I can make to prevent the global domain ranking in the UK?

    Go to your Google webmaster dashboard, choose the country you want to compete in. That may decrease your rankings in other places and increase them in the country you want to compete.


    Have not been there in a while, but there was a 'restrict' button... you turn it on and it only shows your site for the country you choose.



    Why do you not want people from the UK to find your site?


    You can also block people there from visiting your site, via the threat option (also from the Console).
