Layout advice needed

What are the best layouts people have success with, like the following:

www.car.com/car-services/car-spraying/info-car-srpaying

www.car.com/car-finance/car-insurnance

www.car.comcar-finance/car-insurance

or

www.car.com/car-services/

www.car.com/car-insurance/

www.car.com/info-car-spraying/


I like to think that the first layout will guide them around the website going through links to other pages and even saying it makes it seem like the thing that will work best but then in the back of my head I keep on hearing the talk about Google liking short urls!

What personally works for guys cos I am really in a pickle,

    That's not layout that is permalink structure. This is talked about a lot. Most people don't actually look at URL structure they look at site navigation.

    I prefer to do my site navigation above the fold with drop downs from a horizontal menu.

    Permalink structure for WordPress is easily searchable and they you decide what is right for you.

    menaing is it better to do it like this :

    car.com/car-services/car-parts/ or car.com/car-services/car-spraying/car-paint/

    or

    car.com/car-services/ - car.com/car-part/ car.com/car-spraying car.com/car-paint

    what knowone has got any more information on this subject?

    I say how people dont answer my threads and I get loads of sorrys but the same still happens.

    I am not talking about what set up the blog posts should be I am talking about the page permalink layout
