Hi guys, hope you are doing well, I run a website my concern is that I add some new pages on my website and want to crawl on the google rank list. But it shows errors in the google search console, Google indexed pages but not discovered, I also request indexing again and again but the result is the same. Can anyone help me to tell the issue.

Makes no sense. They cannot possibly index something they have not discovered. That's like making a topographical map of an island nobody has ever seen.

Your original post says "Google indexed pages but not discovered".

On a side note: Google does not index every page they crawl.

The Discovered - currently not indexed status means that Google knows about these URLs, but they haven't crawled (and therefore indexed) them yet. If you're running a small website (below 10.000 pages) with good quality content, this URL state is will automatically resolve after Google's crawled the URLs. You'll Need to Wait.

Hey, there's no way Google could have indexed your page without first discovering or crawling it. It's only possible to have a page crawled but not yet indexed, and in that case, indexing will likely follow.

It's really strange that you are getting that kind of information, as it's almost impossible that algorithms have found your pages and discovered their URLs, and that they didn't manage to crawl or index them. Maybe you should try to look manually for some URLs to see if they appear and load, and if that's not the case, you should analyze more closely all possible errors or penalties that may occured in the process and to do a thorough inspection of all elements on the site.

Sometimes Google takes some time to crawl your website pages. Generally, there are many causes behind this.
    1) low-quality content
    2) Too many links
    3) Don't add new pages on sitemp.xml
    4) No Internal linking
    5) Too much Competiton

Please make sure your content should be quality content with keywords and internal linking. If your newest posts are not linked from anywhere and bots find them impossible to reach, it can negatively impact your website.
    2) Re-create sitemap and upload on site. SO that all your pages will be indexed.
    3) Request to search console for crawling your webpages.
    4) Post Regularly with eye catching images

Frankly never happened this to me but in my experience having traffic on those pages help to rank faster.. try sharing on social media and redit type of website to gain some traffic and eventually ranking

As a matter of fact, Google might take days or even weeks to index your site. Simply put, it is absolutely normal for a newly published post/page/website to take some time before it gets crawled or indexed by Google.
