How to Build a Blog Architecture for SEO?

Hi Warriors,

I'd like to start my first blog, where I'll share educational content and sell wall art prints and affiliate products, but I'm not sure how to build the blog architecture. If you could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it if you could show me step by step how to create everything: pages, menus, and so on.
I don't want to utilize website templates; instead, I'd like to start from scratch and keep it simple, so if you could point me in the right direction, that would be great.
Please accept my profound thanks in advance.

I couldn't log in with the previous one to post a reply for some reason, and it didn't give me any issue messages, so I used a different email address!

Blog architecture is the blueprint of your blog site and it consists of the layouts, structures, banners, archives, etc. making your blog that reflects your expertise in the field. It's not just creating a blog but preparing the ingredients would be the best part.

When sitting down to make website architecture, you should reflect on
There will be other references of data in each case, but the workflow is quite similar:
Some factors help build the SEO of your blog article.
    • Consider the Depth of Your Site's Key Pages.
    • Find and Fix Keyword Cannibalization Issues.
    • Use Internal Linking Strategically.
    • Topic and Keyword Research.
    • Plan Your Site Structure and Hierarchy.
    • Consider Your Site's URLs.
    • Carefully Plan Your Site's Navigation Menus.

Look into silo structures for SEO. Bruce Clay has a good post on this.

A good website architecture makes it easier for search engines to crawl your site and find new pages. Plan a structure that works.

You need to know the topics you'll target and the primary keywords. Once you've got ideas around topics, it's time to move into more detailed keyword research.

First create pillar pages for each primary keyword. Your pillar pages are the top-level content pages that cover the broader topic. Think about these as more in-depth pages that answer specific questions about the broader topic. These pages should then link back to the main pillar page.

Carefully plan your site's navigation menus, because navigation menus primarily exist to help your users find the pages they're looking for.

A great website architecture should make it easy for both search engines and users to find your site's content.

As a final step to putting together a solid website architecture, consider generating an HTML sitemap.
