Google Custom Search CTR?

Not sure if this is the right place. But what is a good CTR for google custom search because I actually get amazing CTR on ads when people use the search bar.

Is that normal for everyone. 20% CTR just seems high to me.... I do not get a lot of searches but I get some. When my site gets bigger it seems like this is going to bank for me.

I was wondering what other people are experiencing with google custom search?
