Account suspended then what to do after now being reinstated?

So guys, my google local business account was suspended for alike 2 months, finally got it reinstated 2 days ago but not seeing myself showing up for any of the kw's which was working before the suspension.

What should I do now to get back my rankings please and does this mean all the local SEO and maps optimization I had done is now lost and would need to do all over again?

    I would wait a few days before doing anything.

    Give the spider time to figure out those citations and your reinstated page love each other.
