It's been stated numerous times over the years, and we'll say it again: content is king in SEO.

Google has never undervalued the importance of content. Quality content, on the other hand, is becoming an increasingly essential ranking criteria.

Incorporate a reasonable number of keywords into your post
The first step is to choose high-quality keywords that will form the basis of your content. Ideally, target keywords with high search volumes and a moderate keyword difficulty. Long-tail keywords might be targeted for quicker results.

You may begin with a theme in mind by researching search volumes on certain keywords using a program like Semrush. Alternatively, you may use your preferred keyword research tool to look for a certain topic.

Sprinkle everything with a title - meta description
Let's get started now that you have the necessary equipment.

Before diving into your post's core text, pay attention to two of the most popular SEO tags: the title tag and the meta-description tag.

The plan is to fill them with your primary keywords in accordance with Google criteria.

Here's a summary of this post's title/meta-description tags so you can understand how they relate to my keyword research.

Structure the post with explicit Hn tags
We're getting closer to the center of the recipe: the actual substance!

When I'm writing SEO content, I prefer to start with sketching Hn tags.

The Hn tags correspond to the titles of your text's various parts. There are six in all, with the H1 tag being the most essential and the H6 tag being the least important.

The H1 tag is usually unique, although the other tags may have numerous. Depending on the relevance of the information, we usually employ H1, H2, H3, or even H4 tags. The more subparts you have, the more Hn tags you may have. H5 and H6 are rarely utilized unless you write a nuclear physics article and put it online.

Bring back the images with a good dose of alt tags
A good SEO article should preferably include a few photos linked to the primary topic.

Optimize their weight/size so that your site's loading performance is not affected. Name your photographs in lowercase with a meaningful title, avoiding accents and using "-" to separate words.

Above all, don't forget about the alt tags for your photographs.

The alt tag is a description of an image that is displayed when the picture cannot be loaded. The idea is to classify your photographs by using one or more keywords in the alt tag.

This tag has a little impact on the search engine ranking algorithm, but when filled out appropriately, it helps to reinforce the weight of your material.
