I believe Google analytics is a ranking signal. I say this because the data within the site gives you such in depth statistics that your able to use to make your site better. In particular they have a section called Site Search which is a sub section of Behavior within Google Analytics. Underneath site search they have 5 other subsections - Overview, Usage, Search Terms, Search Pages.
