my post appears only in one country

Hello, I hope you you can help me. I publish a post on 10th September 2023. search terms in Turkey, the page is listed. Google search console also provides raking position and number of clicks so far. I checked the page with different devices and different internet connections in Turkey it seems ok. However, Friends in the UK and France stated that this particular post isnt listed on google.
They cant see the post in the omitted search result either. My main audience is in Turkey. However this is a travel blog and people tent to search while they are in a specific country so It is important for me posts are listed without a problem.
Any ideas? what would cause this issue? What should I do ?
