How to Obtain Backlinks from Experience.com Listing Site?

I've observed that one of our clients in the insurance industry, based in the USA, has gained a backlink from the "Pro.experience.com" listing site.

I'm attempting to secure a free listing on this site for our client. Their listing is available on the site but remains unclaimed. Despite efforts to claim it, I've encountered difficulties in doing so.

Does anyone have any insights or suggestions on this?

Just a guess, but is it possible the site filters out 'additions' from countries not represented on the site? The site you list is a subdomain of experience.com and does not seem to be 'free' as it has options on some reviews to 'contact for pricing'. Why do you assume the competitor has a 'free listing'?

There may be a free trial - couldn't figure that out...but there is a phone number and mailing address for 'contact'...might be the place to start.

Their contact page is a dead end also, best bet is to contact sales and inquire about any listing fees or ask about getting an agent listed in their directory.

        Thank you for the suggestion.

I did notice that their contact page link in the footer is broken. It's frustrating that there isn't a clear button for creating a new listing or claiming an existing one.

Given these hurdles, I agree that reaching out to their sales team seems like the best approach. We might need to inquire about any potential listing fees or explore how we can get an agent listed in their directory directly through a sales contact.

Thanks for the reply and your time, Kay King.

I've analyzed this listing site. I noticed some unclaimed listing pages on the "pro.experience.com" site (I won't mention the links due to forum rules). Additionally, my competitors have free listings there, but this particular site showcases their Facebook and GBP reviews.

I observed a professional listing page in the loan industry, and Google's knowledge graph refers to the professional's "Experience listing verified reviews" along with Facebook reviews when checking in Google SERP.

Yes, it seems that they are charging for their "Experience Verified Reviews. However, I believe a backlink from this site is valuable for Google's treatment of it as a Local Search citation.
