Help On Getting Indexed In Bing

I have a few sites running Wordpress where almost every page is indexed in Google. Generally, Google is good about picking up a new post in about 5 minutes.

For some reason Bing only has a handful of my pages in their index.

Is there something I'm missing about getting pages indexed in Bing?

Many of these pages already have backlinks.

  • Bing is just slower than molasses at indexing sites, but if you've got links they'll get around to it eventually. (Give 'em a few weeks)

  • - Create a manual rss feed for the pages that are not indexed
    - Create a full sitemap
    - Ping both at Pingler.com
    - Submit the manual rss feed at some of the top rss directories.

    Give it 1-2 weeks max. It'll be there.
  • They also have a tool similar to Google Webmaster tools where you can submit your sitemaps.
