question about anchor text for SEO

hi,

If i use the text 'Best SEO Forum' in my anchor text, does it also help me in SEO to rank for the text 'SEO forum ' also since it is also a part of the anchor text?

Also does it help me rank for the term 'best forum' as these words are also in the anchor text, even if they are separated by another word

Can i use the anchor text with multiple key words mixed up like this... please let me know.

    The answer is yes, but its better to use anchor text that exactly matches the term you want to rank for.
