Is this a keyword for a domain name?

Okay, just want some advice on this keyword.

I'm building niche sites now, looking for 3 word keywords. This one that I found has 14k searches monthly and 22k for the last month. The .com domain is available.

78 competing pages with the keyword in the title and anchor text.

2k instances of the exact phrase match.

So what do you think? But the domain?

PS The title is supposed to be "good" keyword for a domain name. Doh!

I'd crosscheck the results with Google's Adwords tool and Wordtracker's (daily) free keyword tool, sometimes they tend to differ by quite a bit. If they do I usually find that Wordtracker's results tend to be more accurate for organic listings, but not all the time. I'd also check Google trends if it's a seasonal niche and keep in mind that the search results are for the previous month.
