Is there any way to target Adsense Ads by Country?

hi

This is going to be a short post as I am about to head to work.

I am following the system set out by Xfactor regarding adsense based websites.

I have some great micro niches and have put some websites up.

The problem is, is that many of my sites are throwing up Australian based ads, when I really want to target the US and UK etc (I'm moving back to the UK in June 2010 and am planning to get to a reasonable income per day by then)

I've done some google research and it seems to be the case that Adsense throws up the ads according to your IP address. Is this right and if so is there any way around it?

Your advise much appreciated

Cheers in Advance

    Steve,

Dont try and do anything sneaky even if you are tempted. Send an email to the adsense support team and build a realtionship with them. Tell them your problem and ask them if they can give you a solution.

      Hi

I had a realization whilst driving to work yesterday. I knew that the ads were dictated by 'your ip address', and for some reason I thought that meant mine. I assume that in reality, I only see Australian ads (unless there are none in which case I see US ones), but someone in the US looking at my page will get ads according to their IP. I think that's correct. I had a bad thought that people in the US would see Aussie ads and not click.

      I think all is ok

      Cheers
