I have a press release that is in the 8th spot on google and I want it to rank number 1. But here is the problem every time I bookmark a press release alot it sand boxes. So other then bookmarking what is another approach? Thanks

    If your press release is hosted on another site, you should release it again on your own site. Then ask blogs if they would link to the press release on your site with a post of their own, in exchange for you linking to them with one of your posts.
