Is backlink from websites which traffic is 0 helpful for ranking?

I used ahrefs to get some high related backlinks for my industry. Recently I just noticed that some high related backlinks with DA >30 but HAS NO TRAFFIC，which had large traffic several months ago but now had no traffic.
I assumed these websites are affected by the recent google updates.
my question is is it still very useful to get these high DA backlinks but traffic very low.

    yes, they still can be useful and beneficial for increasing the domain authority of your site , it provide a little bit value
    but it is best to get backlinks from high target traffic and relevant blogs they will increase your site traffic and authority also grow.

    It's not even worth wasting your time on those links.
    Artificially grown DR indicators will not give anything to your site. I would recommend focusing on sites that correspond to your topic and have traffic. Perhaps you will spend more time on such links, but the result will be much better!
