Google problem

I noticed that all my keyword I was trying to rank for dropped like stone so I went and check the Google catch of the website and I was surprised to see that is showing catch of totally different website not mine. My page rank went from rank 2 to 0 over night. I attaching an image if you take a look you will see in address bar my baby-bedding-store.com url but the google catch will say that this is catch of progolfgear.com. Does any one knows what is going on? I did check website is not banned or anything like that.
