how to make this permalink?

How should I set my wordpress's permalinks if I want my post's URL to look like these below:

= http://www.mydomain.com/page
POST = http://www.mydomain.com/page/2
http://www.mydomain.com/page/3...

Now I'm using custom structure which is /%postname%

However I have to make page, instead of post, to link to the page I want to link to in the permalink, and also, the permalink is cut (eg: http://ABC.com/dogs/beautifulcutedo (which is supposed to be: http://ABC.com/dogs/beaufitulcutedo)

Is there anyway how I can make post with permalinks like http://www.mydomain.com/page/2 which link to the page?

    Can't you do it inside wordpress permalink options?

  • I think you should put " / " at the end of permalink after " % "
