UGgghhh! How Can I Track Organic Keyword Conversions?

I've marketed for a long time.
Sadly, I've never been able to track the conversions of organic keywords.
How can I do this?
You see -- my sales process hops from an external shopping cart order page, which then goes a post-sale upsell (that is hosted in a sep server).
So it hops around a bit.
Can I track this with Google Analytics?
I can't figure it out via Google Analytics. I feel that maybe since it goes thru several sites, it turns into a referral thing and wont pass on teh keywords.
IS there any way to figure this out? I'd LOOOOOVE to see which organic keywords convert.
