Some of the many things to drive traffic to your site are:

1) Submit your site to site directories.
2) Write articles and submit them to article submission sites such as ezinearticles.com and goarticles.com.
3) Bookmark the pages of your site.
4) Try to rank your site's keywords high in search engine rankings (this can be done greatly with building backlinks).
5) Write quality contents for your site (visitors will come back for more if your site have good contents).
6) Advertise your site.

These are general ways to draw traffic to your site. There are more which are more complicated but more experience Warrior here can contribute the answers. I hope these help.
