Do you have QUALITY backlinks? Search for some high PR sites on google or high PR edu sites (fraternities ) and offer them some cash to post an article on their site with your anchor text. (anchor text needs to be the keyword you are ranking for. ) Also, do some insite linking to other articles on your page. Have two anchor text links on all of your articles linking back to different articles on your page..

check your website and check your keywords and meta. by the way how old is your site?

Suggestions:

1) Replace the Koala image with an image related to finance and Forex.
2) Put some borders around each section within your site pages.
3) Replace your trading graph with a more professional-looking one.
4) Put additional colors that complement your site's contents.

I do agree that your internal linking structure could use some work, and it looks like the overwhelming majority of backlinks are going to your home page, instead of being interspersed among your inner pages. But you've got a hella lot of backlinks, so no matter where they're coming from I don't think that's your main problem.

The FIRST thing I would look at is your keywords. It's most likely that A) you're going after keywords that don't get much traffic even if you're in the #1 spot, or B) you're going after such highly competitive keywords that your site is simply not showing up high enough in the SE results to be seen by many people.

If 'A' is true then you would benefit by choosing more low competition keywords, optimizing pages for them, and getting backlinks to those pages. If 'B' is true, then you basically need to follow the remedy for 'A'. Forex is pretty darned competitive and your site is less than a year old, so your best bet for getting traffic is to choose as many keywords as possible, that have as little competition as possible. Many low traffic keywords can add up to a lot of traffic.

You have to consider these factors with regards to SEO:

On-Page Optimization: title tags, meta tags, description, keywords, sitemap, h1/h2 tags and alt attributes.

Off-Page Optimization: social bookmarking, article submission, blog commenting, forum posting, directory submission, press release, etc.
