I have an offer I'm about to promote via PPC and Offline. For examples sake lets say its, www TryFreeAcai . com

This site will not need SEO or anything like that as it will just be the domain, with a redirect to the sales page for the offer. Is this effective, and will I still be paid my commissions?

yes it is effective, but even more effective is creating a review site for the product, and then sending them to the landing page

Lets say someone is in a gas station, and sees a flyer for my trial. They go home and put in the url and are immediately directed to the sales page. Why would I even risk losing the conversion with a review site? They've already taken action once by taking the flyer and following up.

Well you need to make sure you set up the redirect correctly though.
Sounds like you are going to market this offline as well?

Yes I will be advertising in a local magazine, I will do flyer canvassing, and a little PPC.
