Hi, I am new to this forum, although I am not so new to internet marketing and making money online.

I have a blog. Free blog. I know blogger.com platform is considered for noobs only, and if you want to make professional appearance, buy domain hosting etc.

Yet, I decided to give it a try with this free blog. Not to make money (although I DO expect to make 20-30$ a month from it, eventually). It is actually 3-4 months old, so it's not new, but since I begin presenting myself to this forum, I thought it would be OK to ask for your opinions too.

Just to tell you something - ignore the first post lol. When I first started this blog I had a totally opposite idea of what to make from it. I will soon change few posts to fit the picture and the title of the blog.

I get 20-30 (yesterday 42) visits a day lately, been building some backlinks over the last few months, posting comments on large blogs, reading some free ebooks about blogging, affiliate marketing and driving traffic etc etc.
Got the Google page 1 for some, turned out, not so target keywords, but hell, I made the mistake, learned from it, will not do again, move on, end of story!

So, to shorten the story, here is my blog

cheap-i-m-ebooks dot blogspot dot com

p.s. sorry for not being able to put direct link, I don't have those 15 posts yet

p.p.s. I am posting this under this forum section because the only method of monetization is adsense, so I thought it would fit here best.

To be blunt, the blog is boring. Also, I'm not sure what keywords you are targeting. And if you did pull visitors, nobody would click on your ads since people generally interested in SEO related subjects don't click on ads as much as people looking for acne cures, or home loans. You'll have a much longer road ahead than 6 months, and still probably only make a few dollars.

Do some high-paying, converting, keyword research. Buy a .com domain with exact match or close to it, then make a nice looking website with useful content.

Are you just using Adsense & Amazon to make money from it? If so, you'll need a ton of content. If you are selling something, you really should make it more prominent on the page.

Frankly, I wouldn't stay for more than a second because it is all Ads above the fold. No content of value.

Put articles and a large 336x280 Adsense block, unless you are using Amazon. I would change that at the very least.

no, amazon is just a yesterday test, I dont really want to earn from amazon on this particular blog.

thanks for the tips... maybe my blog is boring, but I dont see how unuseful it is. I have spoken with a few of my visitors who contacted me over e-mail, and they thanked me because they had success with the ebooks and systems I offer.

this probably is boring to you who know much more than me and other newbies, and unuseful, but to other people who are in same position like me some of the ebooks are really helpful.

that last post made me believe that you didn't really looked at my blog, there are 2 336x280 adsense blocks between the posts, and yes, people click on my ads from time to time (2.8% CTR)
