[ask]keyword name in domain

happy to find this forum, this forum give me more knwon about internet marketing... and get confused in doamian name choosen ..

i want to buy domain, but get confused about to choose name for domain. in my case, i've found good keyword ( i think ), it consist of 2 words and it still avalaible in .net and .org but have high competition. should i pick long tail keywords of my keywors like 3 words for my domain or just shoot on primary keyword as my domain name .. ??

    If you new, find a niche keyword, don't go after big markets right away, crawl before you can walk . There is a small seo boost if you have your keyword in the domain, but only small... Try get the .com if you can't get .net if you cant get either then .org

    I would recommend to go with popular keyword and in content target long tail keyword. Once you create well targeted content for your blog or website you will be able to compete.

    ALso, you might want to consider article marketing which will help you getting backlinks easily.

    These days you can buy plr articles in your niche market and tweak them to use on your website or blog to generate useful information for your readers.

    If you are getting domain name for highly competitive keyword then I would say..just get it... you will make fortune.

        If it's a good keyword domain, I'd recommend buying the .net and the .org, and throw the. info on for .99 cents more.

        Build out the site with related keywords.

        Have you put the exact keyword into the adwords tool and figured out how many exact keyword searches there are per month?

          yes, it good keywords. the primary consist of 2 words have 8100 searches in month (exact) and the long tail keywords consist of 3 words have more than 800 searches a month.

          in MNF, primary keyword have 191 for soc, and for other keywords not more than 15 in soc

          what is better just shoot to primary keywords that have high competition or get long tail keyword that have not too competitive competition ?
