Not sure if this counts as the google dance but on the 16th I was indexed and now de indexed all except 1 page. My whole site was indexed on the 16th.

I think it is important to add this is a brand new niche site... also I am not banned according to a few tools.

any thoughts?

There haven't been a great number of responses in this thread because it's impossible to tell what happened. I can guess though:

      - You're a new site. you're going to bounce around for a bit before you get a seat in big G

      - You may have hit the fabled "sandbox". I've never experienced this phenomena though, so I have no evidence that it exists.

      - If you're site is incredibly spammy or breaking TOS, you may have been permanently de-indexed (not likely).

Not spammy at all, no affiliate links, ads, not even a way to make money is on there . All I did was a bit of social bookmarking and I dont think I am sandboxed since my about page is still in google. Maybe its dancing about, ill keep building BL's for a week and see how it goes.

I agree with glassjaw, if your site is new then there is a pretty good chance that you will bounce around for awhile. If all of your pages were indexed by google then they are most likely still indexed, it may be that the results you are getting are coming from a different data center which has not updated yet.

yes, just keep in mind that it could take awhile before the other data centers update.
