Which is the proper and most convenient way of leaving my sites URL in my profile of Forums either with Angela's or Paul's or similar?

How many per Forum?

Can I leave them both in signature and About me?

Two of my sites in each in signature and About me which make 4 in addition?

Or what, I am confused?

I try no to have all my sites de-indexed by G like like past week!
