How many RSS feed directories should you submit your article feed to?

Do you really need to submit to 100s of directories? Will just a few of the good ones do?

Should you submit your blog feeds also?

I know I have a lot of questions, but I don't know much about RSS, thanks.

    I'm not guru at this but you should definitely submit you blog feed.
    I currently submit all my feeds to feedagg.com, feedage.com and goldenfeed.com but I'm thinking of buying Big Mike's RSSBot, which automatically submits to dozens of directories.
