First of all.. thank you so much to everyone who answers my questions....

I am using Market Samurai and have 2 questions:

1-When it shows the On Page Optimzation factors it is:

Title-I'm assuming keyword in the blog title (using wordpress)?

URL-I'm assuming keyword in url but it could be dogtraining.com/bestleashes if my keyword was best leashes?

Desc-If using seo all in one, I'm assuming you have the keyword in the description box?

Headerr? I have NO clue?

2-When trying to optimize the keyword if it dog leashes, can I have leashes for dogs, or dog leash? does the plural factor or the order of the word matter? Can I have 'the leashes my dog prefers' and still count or 'dog bowls and leashes'

Thanks so much for any help/advice.

Title - yes use the keyword or keywords as your title - so Dog Leashes
URL - yes try to use it in the URL - you have it correct in your question
Desc. - yes KW in the description, but also something to make people click on your site
Header - not sure what you are referring to here - could be HTML header area which contains the meta tags or could be something like H1, H2 headers.

Try to use plurals or other ways of saying the same thing in your body text and for your anchor links from external sites.

Title-Yes, you can put all the keywords in the title

URL-Its good if you have a domain with your keywords, but its not necessary

Desc- Use the keyword in both title and description box

    2. Better to research the number of searches for this keywords and choose the best one
