Yahoo PPC and Cancelling Account

I have a client that needs to get his Yahoo PPC account closed down. I took over this account this past year and never have messed w/ PPC before since I'm pretty much organic.

Does anyone know what URL I should log into and then close this account?

    This is what I use to manage my account.

    https://marketingsolutions.login.yahoo.com

    You should be able to login and change your entire account from the dashboard.

    I found that Yahoo don't have anywhere on their site to cancel accounts. What I had to do was write emails several times to their 'support' to get it finally canceled.
