What targets should I be shooting for?

I launched my site with 0 content on the 22nd of December. I have about 20 blog posts now and am doing adding 1-2 blog posts a day. It's run through Drupal's CMS and I have RSS feeds and forums.

Currently, I have made roughly 10$ since I started Adsense (was approved on the 26th). Today I've made 55 cents from one click.

My niche is international investing. I've made the top 10 in Google on many keyword searches and am getting about 40 unique visitors a day.

How can I increase the unique visitors ethically? How do I increase my adsense revenue?

How do I set proper, realistic goals for myself?

I appreciate the advice.

    Write better content. As people read what you write if they like it they share it. You can not force people to like what you do... they determine that.

    Find your customer, determine where they go and what they do. Then put yourself there. That's what marketing is all about.

    Throwing up sites then trying to figure out how to make money has nothing to do with marketing.

    Companies always know who their customer is before they launch a product.
