Are Your Keywords Increasing In The Serps?

I have noticed about 3 weeks ago that all the keywords that I am working on have stopped gaining rankings. I am doing the same things, which is the following:
  1. Social Bookmarking
  2. Using Profile Pages
  3. Submitting Press Releases
  4. Some Article Marketing
I can't get any of my keywords to move up in the SERPS lately. Is everyone else still having luck? I'm thinking that sometimes a website probably gows through a slow stage with increased rankings, but I'm pretty new at this so I'm not sure.

I look forward to hearing feedback and hope this helps everyone out.

    Mine are still increasing. I'm getting a lot more movement from Bing and Yahoo but Google is moving ever so slowly.
