PSA adsense show because I'm waiting on confirmation code in mail?

Hi everyone. I posted a few days ago about only getting PSA ads to display on a new website I created. I completely re-installed wordpress, added the post again making sure there were meta tags and a meta description and still only PSA ads display on the home page. On the post page, ads show up fine, but not on the home page.

I can't figure out for the life of me why this is happening and how to correct this issue. The only thing I can come up with is this. A few days ago I logged into my adsense account and noticed that they have mailed me an activation code to validate my account in the mail. Maybe until I activate my account with this code all that will show up on any new websites will be PSA ads?

This is the only answer I can come up with to this question. But this still brings up the question of why the ads show up fine on the posts page?

Has anyone experienced this before when they were waiting to confirm their adsense account?

I know I bothered a few people with my question last time so I will try not to respond as much on this thread.
