Does a PPC compain have value in and of itself?

I have a PPC campaign I purchased with a website and the niche just isn't converting well. I'm not a PPC guy and have no plans to use the campaign in the future. The keywords are related to making money. The campaign is set at a maximum $.05/click, the average position is 5, and there are 400,000+ impressions/month on the content network. I'm thinking about selling the PPC campaign itself. Do you think the PPC compaign has value?

  • I have never heard of selling campaigns ready built before...

Is it even possible? Would you have to sell your Adsense account - which would be against Google's TOS I imagine?

    • I don't think I would have to sell my adwords account. I could just sell the files required for someone to install the same campaign on their own account. Obviously I could only sell it once though and would likely have to sign some sort of agreement for the buyer letting them know I will never sell it again.

  • I'm really just not a good affiliate marketer. I don't know how to presell, the niche is website flipping which doesn't have very high converting products, and the keywords are probably too broad. They are all general "make money" keywords so the campaign could but used for a lot of niches. I paused the campaign today but took some screenshots showing impressions in case I ended up selling it at some point.
