    Hi Darren,
    I don't think your price is a problem. I'm a little confused as to the link wheel concept. Your posting says that the web 2.0 properties will point to our desired url. With a link wheel dont the web 2.0 props point to each other then one to the url we are trying to boost in the serps.
    Overall it looks like a good offer but it is kind of hard for me to follow the link structure.
