Linkwheel & Article Marketing Question - I am Confused

Okay, I have read the original report. It's advisable that the content posted on each site are slightly rewritten to make them unique. That's the best practice so far but:

1) How long do you spend on each site posting the article? Say for example Hubpages or Squidoo that allows you to add many other things (photos, videos etc.). Basically, do you add those thing (photos, videos, rss) when posting article for linkwheeling purpose? I feel that's pretty time consuming doing all these graphic tweaking on each site.

2) For those who are using SENuke etc. (software) to make their link wheel on these web 2.0 sites, do they contain only the article without all these graphics, photos etc. or they do have that as well?

IF ..

You need to have a unique version of an article on each of these sites...
You need to add graphic etc. to increase CTR ...

Then, I really don't know how much can be done with just 24 hours a day. I am really tight to outsource at the moment or to invest in SENUKE or similar software.

What is the best approach?
