I agree with GeorgR I think your overthink it as long as your keyword is at the front if the keyword string and mention a benefit...that should be fine to start.

Now when you've started to build significant links to the page you can re-evaluate your title tag if your not in the desired position.

First you need to look at your competition because each search is different. Google already like the prominance and the density of the website in position 1. So by evaluating you competition you can deduct the best prominance and density.
