I apologize if this is in the wrong spot. I have a question for people who use Angela's and Paul's backlinks (from the looks of it, that's many of you). I have subscribed and am excited to make these links work for me however being that they are mostly profile sites my question is, Do I have to post with the link in my signature? Can I just make the account and leave it at that? Or do I need to make a post or two? The reason I ask is because I hadn't seen any reason to make any posts and Angela gave very specific instructions when a post was required. However one of paul's links was the exact kind of link in Angela's packet (profile on a high PR forum) and said "after you've made your post..." While it's embarrassing to ask this question, to put in work only to realize it was all for naught would be much more embarrassing.

Another side question how important is it that my username be my keyword?
Thanks to anybody who takes the time to clarify this for me.
