Same artcile site 100`s of links to my site are they all as powerful as the first or not ??

Hi guys,

Just a quick one about the power of backlinks all coming from the same site, For example i have 210 posts here on WF i dont actually have a sig but if i did create a sig and make it a anchor link back to one of my sites i would have 210 links now i am quite sure i`m not going to get the power of 210 seperate links from this powerful site i`m guessing google only gives me the juice of 1 or 2 backlinks from this site..am i right ??

So i`m thinking about article marketing i like articlesbase as a site because its quite powerful and the articles get reviewed fast so if i went out a submitted 100 different articles all with a backlink to me site would i actually get the juice from 100 backlinks or because all the articles are coming from the same site would i just get the power of the first couple of backlinks ??

Please not i`m not talkig abut the traffic i would get from 100 articles i`m just asking about the power of 100 links from seperate articles coming from the same site, so can you guys tell me if each article will give me all the juice or just the first article.

    Hi Jim

    That's pretty much spot on. If you make 10, 100 or a 1000 posts it doesn't really matter, apart from your initial backlink & the fact that people can visit your websites.

    You can easily check out the top article submission directories with google & can submit good articles to them with keyword backlinks to your website. Link the information from useful websites to your articles & own websites & watch your keyword page ranking increase through time.

    I suppose it's like a game of chess & we are all making our moves at different times & trying to get to the top of the google keyword pile & therefore check mate.

      ok so really writing articles just for backlinks is a waste of time as only the first 2 or 3 articles will give any juice to my site unless i keep writing articles and submitting them to different site. I guess that the time it takes to write a good 400-500 word article i could of created 15 or so backlinks from a package like Angelas. So again really i see alot of people moaning about these backlink packages but infact theres nothing really better for getting quick backlinks is there ? I know its classed as a little spammy but i cannot see a better way ??

    mix it up and diversify

    there are a lot of article sites so branch out and use as many as you can.

    use different anchor texts on your articles

    link to different pages on your site from your articles

    guest blog if you can really write, there are a gazillion blogs looking for fresh content. this can make you a rock star. If you can work your way up the ladder and get your articles on good sites it can really make a difference.

    aside from that, diversify your backlinks and try to get them from as many sources as you can.

      Additionally, at least for me, one of the benefits of using the popular article directories is not so much the power of the links from the directory itself, but the ability of your article to get picked up and posted on other websites, thereby giving you more links that will give you more link juice.

      If you are purely looking for link love, and not necessarily visitors, then write numerous articles coveral various topics, not just about your website niche.

      example... If your website is on, lets say... scrapbooking. Go ahead and write an article on weight loss or relationships or any of the other 'popular' topics. Your article will surely get picked up and be widely spread by other websites 'scraping' articles from the directories.

      This will give you a variety of link juice from a variety of websites, not just the directory itself.

      All of your links DO NOT have to be ON TOPIC (although it helps...) just ensure you use your keywords in the anchor text and ensure you spread your links to inner pages of your site as well as your main page and you will be good to go...
