Practical SEO advice needed please

As I said in a previous post I'm new, as I've launched my first e-commerce site www(dot)active-camo(dot)co.uk I've been reading and following SEO forums followed the advice and basically got little advantage, page 2 yahoo and wilderness time in google.
The usual advice is get more backlinks from high PR sites but they don't want to play, I've done hordes of directories, profiles and blogs but with little success,


Backlinkfinder shows :- (I added "x"'s not to violate the links rule)

I'm Not sure why backlinkfinder is showing "www.www" on the first line, nor do I know why it's showing a redirect and google is showing no links!!! Initial the whole site was redirected (301 or 303 not sure which) from http to https but now the only https pages are the checkout.

So as I really want to learn to diy what's my next move?

  • It looks like you're using the tool wrong somehow. I've not used backlinkfinder so I'm not sure why it's not working for you.

    I'm showing that you have around 1200 backlinks right now in Yahoo Site Explorer, which isn't bad. You should work on getting more quality links though.
