Using articles?

Are you? General trend seems to be relying on organic/seo for traffic, especially with the micro niche stuff, but how many of you are using articles to also SEND traffic and not just build backlinks? Curious about this...

    Articles send quite a bit of traffic if you do it right.

    Most of my clicks are from ezinearticles.

    I have small niche sites that get about half the traffic from ezinearticles and half from google.

    Yes. I use article marketing to drive good long term traffic to my sites.

    You can actually get lots of quality traffic from EZA. GoArticles, Buzzle etc if you really choose your keywords correctly. I do get some trafffic from all these but dont really concentrate too much on this as I am looking for backlinks over and above traffic.

    If you're articles are relevant and you will see a VERY good CTR as I have seen with my articles.

      Article submission is better for getting backlinks and traffic also. I have submitted my article in articlebase and I got 600 visits in three visits. Now it indexed in google SERP's first page.

      Relevant and unique articles always help a site to get quality backlinks as well as target traffic! But your content should be very informative and attractive as well so that people can find it interesting. It's a constant process. You need to write various topics related to your niche and post them in article directories and also write good articles for your blogs also. That process also help to get good amount of traffic! But as I said earlier they all need to be very unique and informative.

    I do, but the articles must be high quality to get people engaged enough to read the whole thing and then want to click through for more information.
