Does it matter the order in which you do backlinking?

social bookmarking
pinging
submitting rss feeds

Which should be done first?

I'm not sure what you mean - Of those 3? I'd probably go with the social bookmarking first, bookmark some deep pages.

Lets say that I just finished building a landing page. Now I want to drive traffic to it. What order should I do these: social bookmarking, pinging, and submitting rss feeds....

Should I ping my website url and the rss feed first or do I do social bookmarking first?

      Does it matter to google?

If you want fast indexing for your blog, then RSS submission, bookmarking and then pinging (ping everything).
My experience is that you get indexed quicker through RSS feeds submission than anything else and it has the benefit of getting you some relatively good backlinks.

Actually, I would even go farther and say that you don't want to ping your blog if it's brand new. Let RSS feed submissions do the work.

In general, the frequency of search engine crawls for a site is based on both their pagerank and traffic. Higher PR sites get indexed more frequently. I know PR7 sites are crawled about every 2-3 days.

So I would prioritize by PR if it is possible. RSS is a good default since some high PR sites use RSS feeds to update content.

To mean build backlinks to the sites that have a high PR rating first?

I would prefer social bookmarking first in the list above.

From my Point of View you have to Start Directory Submission & Article Submission.. because they are taking time to Approve.. So do these first and then Start Forum Posting , Bookmarking & Press Releases Submission, & blogging & then Submitting RSS Feeds.

If I had to choose from that list, once I was done being frustrated by having to choose from a list of things I understand the least, I'd go with RSS because I think the quality of backlinks is higher.

Everything should be done at random in order to appear as NATURAL as possible to Google...

Posting to 100 rss feeders today and to video sites only tomorrow is NOT natural and you are leaving a nice footprint to Big Brother Google. Do all of these in random order and mix them up.

Trust me google won't find them all at once and if that were true then my competitors could just come along and build me 100 of backlinks from video submissions in a day and then something else the next and it would actually help me (even with a brand new site).

Anyhow i would suggest just doing them in any order you like, it really does not matter!

I use Angela's backlinks since I am a subscriber and I ping these backlinks to index the backlinks. I also do article submission but only to Ezinearticles and Goarticles.

According to me for a blog site it is important to get backlinks through Social bookmarking on high PR sites and RSS feed submissions are very important which can also be done.

Also you can do Article submissions which is good to get backlinks too.

        Thanks!

With all else being equal, I would start off with the highest quality, most trusted, and best authority links. In a perfect world, all of your links would be this way. This would build trust to get things going.

You can rank for less competitive terms very quickly by rinsing and repeating these kinds of links. For real competitive markets, it's going to take a lot more. Hope that answers your question.
