According to the adsense bux sites are not allowed, but even it is allowing the adsense ads to the bux sites.

Like 10kbux.com & their are lots of bux sites which are serving the adsense ads.

And google is not doing anything.

  • I would not gamble...

Google can not check all sites on the web (yet) and act upon them. But it's a matter of time and eventually they do spot sites that are not 100% compliant and are famous for shutting AdSense account left-and-right these days. Just look around at the forum here...

I would stick to quality AdSense sites with ADDITIONAL monetization options next to AdSense (like Amazon widget and some affiliate offers). This seems to work fine for Google.
  • Google selectively enforces all their policies. They make the rules, you live with them or you don't. If you press the envelope you may think you are winning for a while. Right up until the time they cut checks and they choose not to send you one.

It's your account, do what you like.
  • Play safe, once banned you're out of the Adsense game. Am I right?
  • Yes, if you value your Adsense account, don't meddle around with Google's policy. Sometimes, they'll just give you a slap on the wrist and say "don't do it next time" but you'll never know when the dreaded email is gonna come.
