When I launched my first site I didn't know much and I gave my pages bland urls like faq.html, articles.html and contact.html.

Now I'm starting a new site and I wonder how far I can go in optimizing my urls. Let's say the site topic is stress relief. Could I do something like:

index.html (home)
stress-relief-techniques.html (my method)
stress-management-questions.html (faq)
reduce-stress-articles.html
stress-reduction-videos.html
relieve-stress-contact.html

Or is this too close to keyword-stuffing?
