WP Plugin - Sociable

So I like using the WP plugin, Sociable, on my blogs but it lists maybe a 100 or more social networks/bookmarking sites. Does anyone else use this plugin or a similar one and can point out which of these kind of sites are actually useful from a search ranking standpoint and which are useless?

I know Digg and Identi are popular around here but what about other ones?

What you can do, is go here - Social bookmarking service. Fast tagging and posting to all major social websites - SocialMarker.com

At Social Marker, you can sort by most popular, or doFollow etc... and then select those ones on your sociable plugin.

Who really uses anything but the top few? And most of the time it gets used by the people making the blog themselves.

Third Party tracking is sometimes available. I stopped using Social Bookmarking plugins because they can cause my pages to hang when the servers get bogged down.
