there are some very good ones.. check out terry kyle and tom goodwins new limited packet.. also kkchoons packet and jazbo also does a weekly packet.

I have used both, but terry's were fantastic due to the fact you get a lot of information because it comes with his backlinks black belt ebook, that goes into detail about backlinks and how you can find other high pr sites for yourself in the future...

I would say take a look at terry's

Do a search in the WSO section. Keep in mind everything you will need to actually leave a backlink. Packets are worthless until you have the time and a system in place to actually use them and get a real backlink to your site

Your backlink building strategy really depends on how you value your time vs. your money. You can build a lot of good backlinks by just Googling "free backlinks" but it won't be as fast as paying someone to do it for you.
