I'm not sure what kinds of reports, analytics, etc to give to my offline client. Do you guys give screenshots of analytics or webmaster tools? Screenshots of Google Position? Thanks

How about a Google Analytics report, some backlink analysis from programs like WebCEO.

Never use un-branded documents though, I've had some clients cancel my services because they thought they could do it alone - with just the software I used to create reports.

And never forget to translate the numbers in the report into actionable content and facts&figures that are important for your client. If he's all about 'net customer worth', give it to him. If he prefers higher rankings, show him those results.

Depending on the client, his budget and your professionalism you can easily charge $250 or more just for the report.

You can give your client direct 'user' access to GA as opposed to 'administrator' privileges.

You should also look into preparing a 'performance marketing' report based on the data from GA.
