This list will really help in link building efforts. I have seen many of these forums listed listed here to give good effect. Just be sure to double-check for dofollow before investing your time on them just in case as we know, sometimes their settings are changed and set to nofollow.

This is easily done with Mozilla Firefox and the "SearchStatus" plug-in. It can automatically highlight no-follow links on a webpage..

Actually finding those on the net aren't that hard. Just search for them or you can get the free version of comment kahuna which will search for those types of blogs
