Social bookmarks with multiple accounts

I'm wondering if its better to have several logins to each social bookmarking site, so that bookmarks appear to come from different people. So for instance I would have person1 and person2 as logins to digg, and each would bookmark a post from mydomain.com.

Also, for multiple domains, it seems that maybe google et al would like to see person1 digg mysite1.com and person2 digg mysite2.com. Any suggestions for best strategy?

  • If you're trying to brand yourself and just a few products, you may be better off
    with just one account with links from a blog (through plugins), so when you post,
    it goes to all your sites (facebook,facebook fan page? twitter, linkedin, etc)

    Up 'till now, I've just been "assuming" (guessing) what it means to do a social bookmark, but I'm not really sure what is involved, or what it means.:confused:

    I think I know what it means, but rather than me keep guessing, would someone please give me a step-by-step example of exactly what to do (e.g. "first click here" "then do this" "then click here" etc. etc.).

  • if you create multiple accounts from your ip you will get banned from the social bookmarking sites for sure.

    Lots of people who do this do so through proxy servers and rotate ip address for each sign up and post to those sites.

  • Use a proxy although Ive noticed that most of the free services dont even allow you to login to the SB sites!
