Huffington post auto-generating articles with tags?

Huffington post is at the top of the news results regarding the Georgian luge guy that got killed in Vancouver. I clicked on their (main) article and noticed that they had about 15 other "related" articles that followed the same format. For example:

huffingtonpost dot com/tag/nodar-kumaritashvili-olympics

All the "tag" articles had the same very-short description of the accident, followed by a link to the main article that followed a different format:

huffingtonpost dot com/2010/02/12/nodar-kumaritashvili-cras_n_460474.html

So, the multitude of short "tag" articles linking to the main article is obviously an SEO tactic.

My question is, is there a WP plug-in that will automate this process?

Thanks for all your help. This is an amazing forum, wish I had found it earlier...

Interesting, I too wonder how/what/why they are doing that.

I don't think it's an SEO tactic. The huffington post would not
need one. They just make boatloads of money and can pay for
scripts that work good. The best plug-in is being able to pay a 24
hour staff to write and post stories. But, as stated, they have money
to pay programmers. That "trick" you call it is not hard, but google
puts high weight on the site regardless. I can't stand the site myself.

My free blogspots do the same thing, really, on a lesser scale.
